At handiboutiq, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your handmade drawstring bags. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we’re here to assist you with our simple refund and return process.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged items
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Products that have been altered or customized

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is posted.
  • Contact your bank, as there could be a processing time before the refund is reflected.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Shipping Returns

Please note:

  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
